Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will support daily HR operations by assisting with the implementation of HR policies, managing personnel records, and coordinating employee benefits. The individual will also help in recruitment processes, handle administrative tasks related to HR, and contribute to fostering an efficient and positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) basics, including recruitment and general HR operations
• Understanding of HR Management principles and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in using HR software or tools is an advantage
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
