Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will assist in facilitating HR management processes, implementing HR policies, managing personnel, and ensuring the smooth onboarding and administration of employee benefits. The role includes supporting day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, and actively contributing to creating a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration Familiarity with Personnel Management and workplace organization Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR software/tools Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (completed or in progress) Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus
