Actowiz is looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad and contribute to meaningful HR projects from day one!

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews & onboardingMaintain and update employee records and HR databasesSupport in organizing employee engagement activities & eventsAssist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentationParticipate in exit processes, feedback collection & report analysisGain hands-on experience with tools like Excel, HRMS (e.g., Keka), and ATS platforms

✅ You Should Have:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and a positive attitudeBasic knowledge of HR concepts and toolsProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPointAbility to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
