🔍 About the Role:

khetsaathi.com is seeking enthusiastic HR Interns who want to build their careers in Human Resources while contributing to our mission of bridging talent with opportunities. As an HR Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, policy drafting, and employee engagement while working in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms
• Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
• Support onboarding of new interns and employees
• Draft internship offer letters, confirmations, and HR documents
• Conduct orientation sessions and support internal HR communications
• Contribute to a healthy and engaging remote work culture
• Assist in planning and executing HR engagement and training programs

✅ Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Familiarity with HR concepts like recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn HR tools (Zoho, ATS, Trello, etc.)
• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
