We are Hiring for… - Job Title: HR Intern - Organisation: TWO DIMENSION - IT TRAINING AND PLACEMENT INSTITUTE, KARVE NAGAR, PUNE - Location: Karve Nagar, Pune - Duration: 6 Months - Eligibility : 0-6 Months (Freshers are welcome) - Working Days: Monday to Saturday - Stipend: Rs. 8,000/- to Rs. 15,000/- (Based on Candidate's performance in interview) About Two-Dimension: Two Dimension is a leading training institute focused on Data Science, Data Analytics, and Business Analytics courses with 100% placement support. Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for 6 months. You will support hiring, maintain employee records, assist in placement activities, and help build strong relationships with potential clients for tie-ups. You will also be involved in managing both in-house and freelance teams, handling recruitment, onboarding, and the overall hiring process. Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes ● Maintain employee records and documentation ● Support placement activities and coordinate with students and companies ● Connect and approach potential clients for tie-ups and partnerships ● Represent the organization professionally in external communications ● Manage coordination between in-house and freelancer teams ● Support other HR-related tasks as required Eligibility: ● MBA/PGDM/ BBA in HR (Passout 2024-2025-2026) ● Freshers with 0 months of experience are welcome ● Good communication skills ● Interest in recruitment, hiring, and networking ● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ● Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace ● Willingness to learn and take initiative ● Positive attitude and a professional approach ● Ability to work both independently and in a team 🔴 This is a Paid Internship role, so candidates with more than 6 Months or 1 year of HR experience, please do not apply. 🔴 Note: Candidates who successfully complete the 6-month internship may be offered a full-time employment role based on their performance in the internship.
