Role Description

This is a full-time internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Tasks include supporting HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. This is an on-site role, located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
• Understanding of HR Management and implementing HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (current students may also apply)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
