Human Resources (HR) Internship

As a proactive HR Intern at Safety Circle, you will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment efforts and assisting with general HR activities. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also be responsible for coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and tracking application progress. Additionally, you will support onboarding and documentation processes, help organize HR events and employee engagement activities, and assist in maintaining HR records and reports. You may also be required to perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as needed.
