About the job: As a Billing and Accounts Executive at Safety Circle India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company. Prepare and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner. 2. Reconcile billing statements and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments. 4. Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts. 5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and collections. 7. Provide support during audits and participate in financial analysis projects.
