Human Resources (HR) Internship

As an intern at Unessa Foundation, you will be involved in various aspects of the HR function to support the recruitment and onboarding processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for different roles and internship programs. - Coordinating interviews and maintaining continuous communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle. - Supporting the onboarding process of new interns and volunteers to ensure a smooth transition. - Managing HR databases, attendance records, and updating internal communication channels. - Collaborating in planning employee engagement and recognition activities for Unessa's growing volunteer and intern community. - Drafting HR-related documents such as offer letters and feedback reports. This internship provides you with the opportunity to gain practical HR experience in the non-profit sector.
