Human Resources (HR) Internship in Surat

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Recruitment & onboarding:
• Understand manpower requirements from management and create JDs.
• Post job openings on social platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
• Shortlist resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Conduct initial HR screening (communication, attitude, commitment).
• Maintain candidate database and follow up with selected candidates.
• Prepare appointment letters, agreements, NDAs, and joining forms.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• HR operations & administration:
• Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
• Manage HR files, employee master data, and digital documentation.
• Prepare monthly attendance summary and report to management.
• Coordinate for workstation setup, ID cards, office hygiene, and admin needs.
• Performance & culture:
• Collect and review daily work sheets from team members.
• Track weekly performance and issue scorecards.
• Help implement gamified performance-based culture.
• Encourage team accountability through meetings and motivation activities.
• Conduct weekly review meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
• Assist in implementing HR policies, rewards, recognition, and training programs.
• Management assistance:
• Support CEO in enforcing systems, discipline, and reporting habits.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle team communication professionally.
• Help identify low performers, skill gaps, and training needs.
• Draft internal notices, performance improvement plans, and warning letters.
