Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with new hire information Assist with employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment Help organize training and development programs for employees Provide support in handling employee inquiries and addressing their concerns Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and HR-related duties About Company: The company is located at APMC market, Krushi Bazaar, Ring Road, Surat.
