Human Resources (HR) Internship in Surat

As an intern at AASTHA FINTECH PVT. LTD., your day-to-day responsibilities will include updating the internal databases with new employee information such as contact details and employment forms. You will also be tasked with screening resumes and application forms, as well as scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates. Additionally, part of your role will involve posting, updating, and removing job ads from various job boards, careers pages, and social networks. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing HR-related reports as needed, such as training budgets by department. You will also be expected to address employee queries regarding benefits.
