Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee and intern records (attendance, performance, etc.)
  • Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
  • Conduct induction and training sessions for new employees/interns. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Organise team-building and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure confidentiality of employee information. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
  • Assist in performance evaluations and feedback collection.
  • Conduct or assist in exit interviews and maintain attrition records
