Human Resources (HR) Internship in Jaipur

Softsensor.ai is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn HR processes, gain corporate exposure, and build a strong foundation in HR management.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs, as well as support performance management processes.
• Assist with employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Help maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
