As a human resources (HR) intern at Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks and projects, as well as assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and coordinating training sessions.
Assisting with employee relations activities, including organizing team-building events and handling employee inquiries.
Updating and maintaining employee records and databases using MS-Word and Excel.
Assisting with performance management processes, including collecting feedback and preparing performance reviews.
Supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or employee engagement surveys.
Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and filing documents.
