Company Secretary CS Internship In Jaipur

Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in corporate secretarial and compliance functions under the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.
• Support in drafting, preparing, and maintaining notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes of Board and Committee Meetings.
• Help in preparation and filing of e-forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Registrar of Companies (ROC), and other regulatory authorities.
• Assist in maintaining statutory registers, records, and documentation.
• Research on corporate governance, legal, and regulatory updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Support in matters relating to SEBI regulations, Listing Compliances, FEMA, and RBI filings (if applicable).
