As an HR intern at Shanaya Paper Products, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other administrative tasks. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Supporting new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, coordinating training sessions, and conducting orientations. Handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related information to employees. Maintaining HR records and updating employee databases. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and feedback sessions. Collaborating with the HR team on special projects and initiatives. Utilizing MS-Office, MS Excel, and MS Word to create reports, presentations, and other HR documents.
