Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Support employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for newly hired employees.
Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
Support the HR team in payroll and benefits administration.
Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and assist in implementing policies and procedures.
