As an HR & Accounts Executive with 12 years of experience, you will handle onboarding and exit formalities, maintain employee records and attendance, draft HR documents, support employee engagement activities, and address basic employee queries. Additionally, you will track leaves, late marks, prepare monthly HR reports, and manage the recruitment cycle. In terms of accounting responsibilities, you will maintain day-to-day financial entries, manage petty cash and expense records, assist in monthly salary calculations and reimbursements, coordinate with a CA for TDS, GST, and statutory filings, and prepare basic MIS reports as needed. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 12 years of experience in a similar hybrid role. You should possess basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting principles, as well as hands-on experience with MS Office applications such as Excel and Word (Tally experience is not mandatory).
