Job Description

Key Responsibilities

We are specifically seeking support in managing the recruitment drive being organized. The intern will play a key role in building and maintaining the candidate pipeline and ensuring smooth execution across all stages of the drive. What you bring with you:
  • Pre-Drive Preparation
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with panel members.
  • Track applicant data using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Prepare candidate folders (resumes, evaluation sheets, test materials).
  • Organize logistics: interview rooms, time slots, and goodie bags for candidates and panelists
  • During Recruitment Drive (27th October 2025 to 2nd November 2025)
  • Manage candidate registration and document verification.
  • Facilitate smooth candidate flow across written tests, technical rounds, and HR interviews.
  • Update and maintain real-time recruitment trackers (attendance, shortlisting, offer status).
  • One of the primary point-of-contact for candidate queries.
  • Provide on-ground administrative support (stationery, refreshments, seating arrangements).
  • Post-Drive Closure
  • Collect and compile interview feedback from panelists.
  • Finalize recruitment tracker with results and offer rollouts.
  • Assist with background verification, joining formalities, and onboarding preparations.
Work timings: 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm
