Job Description

Key Responsibilities

We are specifically seeking support in managing the recruitment drive being organized. The intern will play a key role in building and maintaining the candidate pipeline and ensuring smooth execution across all stages of the drive. What you bring with you:

Pre-Drive Preparation
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with panel members.
Track applicant data using Excel/Google Sheets.
Prepare candidate folders (resumes, evaluation sheets, test materials).
Organize logistics: interview rooms, time slots, and goodie bags for candidates and panelists
During Recruitment Drive (27th October 2025 to 2nd November 2025)
Manage candidate registration and document verification.
Facilitate smooth candidate flow across written tests, technical rounds, and HR interviews.
Update and maintain real-time recruitment trackers (attendance, shortlisting, offer status).
One of the primary point-of-contact for candidate queries.
Provide on-ground administrative support (stationery, refreshments, seating arrangements).
Post-Drive Closure
Collect and compile interview feedback from panelists.
Finalize recruitment tracker with results and offer rollouts.
Assist with background verification, joining formalities, and onboarding preparations.

Work timings: 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm
