• Assisting with recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
• Managing and maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Providing support with HR projects and initiatives.
• Utilizing MS-Office and MS-Excel for data analysis and reporting.
