Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on job boards.
• Support in conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment projects and initiatives.
