Human Resources (HR) Internship in Noida

Responsibilities

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Dhanguard LLC, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Conflict Management, and Strategy development. Your role will be instrumental in supporting our HR team in various key responsibilities, including:

• Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions.
• Assisting in conflict management by facilitating conversations and providing support to resolve workplace issues.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the company's goals.
• Assisting in employee relations activities, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs.
• Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and databases.
