• Post and manage job listings on LinkedIn/Internshala
• Screen applicants, schedule & conduct HR interviews
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, and offer letters
• Collect, validate, and review timesheets; resolve discrepancies
• Draft communications, emails, and JD using ChatGPT/AI tools
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards (MS Excel)
• Coordinate exit processes and feedback collection
• Ensure compliance with international HR standards, DEI, and privacy
  

Skills Needed

• HR recruitment experience (1–3 years preferred)
• Proficient in MS Excel/Word
• Strong English communication
• Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT)
• International HR practices/DEI awareness
