Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job postings.
Use modern sourcing strategies (Pragyan AI-powered - RAPYD Exchange, job portals, social networks, referrals, etc.) to identify top talent.
Screen candidates for skills, culture fit, and growth potential.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback, and closure.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Represent VAYUZ as a brand ambassador during campus drives, events, and digital hiring initiatives.
Collaborate with the talent management team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new VAYUZers.
