Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources Department in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, giving interns a strong foundation for a career in HR and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires and interns.Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting opportunities on job portals (e.g., Internshala, LinkedIn, Naukri).Coordinate internship programs and campus placement activities.Support in performance management processes and HR documentation.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, workshops, and training sessions.Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.

Technical Skills

Skills & Competencies Required:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiarity with job portals & HR tools (preferred)Basic knowledge of HR policies & recruitment processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented with good documentation skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismEagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain

Educational Qualification

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in:Human Resource Management (BBA/MBA – HR)Psychology / Organizational BehaviorBusiness Administration or related field
