Job Description

As a Human Resource Generalist, your role involves a wide range of responsibilities that are crucial for the smooth functioning of the organization. **Role Overview:** You will be primarily responsible for recruitment and staffing, administration, employee relations and performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies, and maintaining a friendly work culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires at all levels in coordination with the respective managers. - Ensure proper entry and exit formalities are followed for all employees. - Implement a 7-day onboarding procedure to aid in the seamless integration of new hires. - Maintain workplace safety standards to create a safe environment for all staff members. - Establish effective communication channels between departments to ensure error-free operations. - Enforce disciplinary actions and monitor employee attendance and adherence to leave policies. - Address employee grievances, resolve disputes, and promote positive employee relations. - Oversee performance management to ensure all employees are meeting their job expectations. - Administer salaries in accordance with top management policies and explore new benefits for staff like PF, health insurance, and SIP planning. - Develop comprehensive HR policies covering recruitment, dress code, ethics, compensation, leave, termination, and performance evaluation. - Maintain employee records including Aadhar cards and other essential details for regulatory compliance. - Foster a friendly work culture by organizing events, celebrating staff birthdays, and coordinating festival celebrations. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a team environment.
