Role Overview

People Partner

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver timely, high-quality hires.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Design and execute initiatives to foster employee engagement, collaboration, and retention.
• Lead onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor employee sentiment through surveys and feedback loops, and implement actionable insights.

3. HR Operations & Policy Implementation

• Draft, revise, and enforce HR policies in line with company values and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure HR systems are up-to-date and reliable.
• Support performance management processes, including OKRs, reviews, and growth plans.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and promote a safe, respectful workplace.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in core HR functions, with a proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Background: Experience in a startup or fast-paced growth environment is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of independently driving initiatives.
• Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
