Job Title: HR Associate (Fresher / Entry-Level)

EQTY LYFE – A U.S.-based real estate and finance company focused on transforming equity, housing, and financial solutions through data-driven strategies.

Consultixs – A financial research and advisory firm specializing in equity markets, strategic insights, and analytics.

Both organizations value people-driven growth and structured HR practices. As an HR Associate, you will support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while gaining hands-on experience across the HR lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordination)

● Handle candidate communication and follow-ups professionally

● Support onboarding and documentation processes

● Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

● Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination

● Support HR policies, compliance, and internal communication

● Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives

● Prepare basic HR reports and trackers

Candidate Profile:

● Organized, responsible, and people-oriented

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Professional attitude with high confidentiality standards

● Willingness to learn HR processes and labor basics

● Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

● Comfortable working independently and in a team

Requirements:

● Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR or administration

● Strong command of English (written and verbal)

● Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace

● Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes

● Onsite availability in Hyderabad

Preferred (Nice to Have):

● Internship or coursework in Human Resources or Business Administration

● Exposure to ATS, HRMS, or recruitment portals

● Basic knowledge of labor laws or HR compliance

● Experience coordinating interviews or onboarding

Compensation & Growth:

● Salary: Flat in hand INR 12,500 per month, from 4th month INR 15,000, and based on performance from 6th month INR 17,500

● 5 months service bond applicable
