You will be joining Renewable Energy Solutions, an Engineering Services firm that specializes in residential and commercial solar plans. With a solid decade of experience, our team provides a wide range of services in the renewable energy sector, covering everything from sales to interconnection. We are well-versed in AHJ and Utility requirements, as well as various codes and compliance standards. As a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern based in the Mohali district, your role will involve supporting HR management, crafting HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and engaging in personnel management responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong background in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with expertise in developing HR policies. A comprehensive understanding of employee benefits, coupled with effective personnel management skills, will be essential. Your success will also hinge on your exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as your capacity to work both collaboratively within a team and autonomously. Proficiency in labor laws and regulations is highly valued, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field will be advantageous.,
