Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support the coordination of HR programs and initiatives (employee engagement, training, performance reviews)
• Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communications
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresher candidates are welcome (Internship experience in IT Required )
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
