Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele caller Executives to join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level professionals who are passionate about sales, communication, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce Mad Brains Technologies.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
• Handle objections effectively and provide accurate information to prospective clients.
• Keep detailed records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach efforts and messaging.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Confident in handling objections and closing conversations with impact.
• Freshers are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
• Must be able to work on-site at our Mohali office.
