Job Description

As a Human Resource Executive in Vellore, your primary responsibilities will involve managing various aspects of HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the company. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records by managing daily check-in and check-out reports of all employees through the company's HRM software. It will be your duty to share morning and evening attendance reports with the management regularly and monitor the live tracking status of field staff via the HRM app. Additionally, you are required to contact employees who fail to share their location and ensure compliance by sending live tracking updates to the management team every 3 hours. Another crucial aspect of your role will be to process employee salaries based on attendance and working hour reports generated from the HRM software. You will also need to address employee salary queries and coordinate with accounts for timely disbursement. In terms of recruitment, you will be responsible for planning and executing the recruitment process for vacant positions across various departments. This will involve posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. It is essential to maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future requirements. Identifying employee training needs in coordination with department heads and organizing induction programs for new employees and periodic training sessions for existing staff will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to conduct regular team meetings, performance discussions, and feedback sessions to enhance employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. While 0-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, proficiency in using HRM software and employee tracking applications, as well as possessing good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, are essential requirements.
