Principle Accountabilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life Cycle, from Talent Sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great Employees. This role requires someone with a keen understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills and proactive approach to hire TOP Talent. Also entails assisting the HR Head in other HR responsibilities.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high quality Talent.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including Job Boards, Social Media, Recruitment agencies and networking events.
• Write and Post clear attractive job advertisements tailored to specific roles as per Real Estate Industry.
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial Phone or Video Screening to evaluate Candidate fit.
• Schedule and conduct In-dept interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring Managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and extend Job Offers to selected candidates and ensure smooth on boarding.
• Track and Maintain Recruitment metrics
• Assist in maintaining records or all employees
• Assist in the Payroll Process
• Assit in Employee Engagement and Administrative activities.

Person Specifications

Education

Graduate and / or MBA in Human Resource Management

Experience

Minimum 5-10 Yrs experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Function

With exposure to recruitment for real estate positions (Technical Recruitment)

Skills & Abilities

Organized self-starter with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally. Strong Convincing Skills

Understanding of Recruitment processes and Industry Best Practices
