Job Description As a Human Resources Executive at STAKS, you will be responsible for various HR activities and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your role will involve handling HR policies and procedures, ensuring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, managing confidential information with integrity, and demonstrating knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will utilize strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management tasks. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required for this position, along with HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR being a plus. Experience with HRIS and other HR software will also be beneficial in carrying out your responsibilities efficiently.,
