Position- HR Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience: 0–2 years

Type: Full-time, On-site

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and people-oriented individual to join our growing team. As part of Songdew’s HR function, you’ll play an important role in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support

  onboarding

  and ensure a great new-hire experience.
• Help design and implement

  HR policies, training programs, performance management system and engagement activities.

• Maintain

  employee records

  and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
• Coordinate internal communications and assist in building a positive workplace culture.

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration

  , or related field.
• 0–2 years of HR experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of HR systems, Excel, and presentation tools is a plus.
