Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, fostering employee relations, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies. Daily tasks will include recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and handling employee grievances.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and handling HR Policies
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in HR are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
