Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Bharat Tin Works, located in Vasai, Maharashtra. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing general human resources management. The role requires day-to-day HR activities, ensuring employee well-being, compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in HR Management and Human Resources
• Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Maintain and review monthly employee records
