Job Title: HR Executive – Apparel Manufacturing Unit

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to handle day-to-day human resource operations at our apparel manufacturing unit. The role involves recruitment, attendance and payroll management, compliance, and overall HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, supervisors, and workers.
• Handle onboarding and maintain employee records.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with the accounts team.
• Manage ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and reports.
• Handle worker grievances and ensure a positive workplace environment.
• Implement HR policies, safety, and welfare initiatives.
• Support training and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 1–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a factory or manufacturing setup.
• Knowledge of labour laws, factory act, and HR compliance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)

Schedule

• Day shift
• Monday to Saturday
