We’re Hiring HR Executive

Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 3 to 6 months/Fresh Mind ready to learn and grow (Recruitment-focused HR experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
• Build and maintain candidate databases for proactive hiring.
• Represent the organization professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any degree – what matters is strong communication and a self-driven approach
• Min 3 to 6 months of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate) or New talent with a hunger to learn and contribute.
• Strong understanding of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
