HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage

   end-to-end recruitment

   job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Maintain and update

   employee records

   , attendance, and leave data.
3. Prepare

   offer letters, appointment letters

   , and manage joining formalities.
4. Coordinate

   induction, training, and employee engagement activities

   .
5. Support

   performance tracking

   and maintain HR documentation.
6. Handle

   employee queries, grievances

   , and maintain a positive work culture.
7. Assist management in

   HR compliance, payroll coordination, and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 02 years of experience in

  HR operations or recruitment

  (Freshers may apply).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in

  English and Hindi

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  .
• Strong organizational, coordination, and people-handling skills.

Remuneration:

- Work from Office: INR 20,000 CTC per month + Variable

Working Hours:

- Monday to Saturday

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
