Settle Loan (Save Money Financial Pvt Ltd) is a Legal Tech company providing loan settlement and debt resolution services across India. We are expanding our internal team and looking for an enthusiastic HR Specialist to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews)
• Manage onboarding & exit formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR documents
• Support payroll coordination and compliance
• Organize employee engagement activities
• Assist with performance management & feedback cycles
• Handle employee queries with empathy & clarity

Requirements:

• Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred
• Strong communication & people skills
• Familiarity with MS Office & basic HR software
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic setup

Salary:

INR 20,000 CTC per month + Performance Incentives

Working Days/Hours:

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
