Role Overview

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain
HR records, compliance, and policies
.
Drive
employee engagement initiatives
aligned with SecureDApp’s culture.
Manage
attendance, payroll coordination, and performance reviews
.
Support leadership in
training, learning, and development programs
.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience (startup/tech domain preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Familiarity with HR software/tools will be an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a
fast-paced startup environment
.
