Human Resources Executive

As an HR Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and various other HR functions that contribute to fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. Your duties will include managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. You will also be involved in employee performance management, assisting in training programs, maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, and resolving any employee queries or conflicts that may arise. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies will be a key aspect of your role, as well as assisting in organizing employee engagement activities to promote a healthy work culture within the organization. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. While prior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred (1-2 years), freshers with a strong interest in HR are also encouraged to apply.
