Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily visits to

    travel agents, corporate clients, and potential partners

    to generate business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Promote and sell Holiday packages, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and other travel-related services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals and onboarding new clients.
  • Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking and service execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    1-3 years in field sales (preferably in the travel & tourism industry).
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Knowledge:

    Familiarity with travel packages, corporate travel, and industry trends.
  • Mobility:

    Willingness to travel extensively and meet clients daily.
