Job Description

As an integral part of the HR team, your responsibilities will include assisting in various aspects of the recruitment process such as posting job openings, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers to potential hires. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including orientation sessions to familiarize them with our organization. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR information systems, and internal trackers will be a crucial part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating employee engagement activities, internal communications, and feedback surveys to foster a positive work environment. Your role will also encompass supporting the organization of learning and development sessions as well as internal events. Timely documentation of contracts, policies, and compliance reports will be part of your responsibilities, along with liaising with external vendors for various HR-related needs such as insurance, travel arrangements, or tools. Furthermore, you will be expected to assist in the performance management process and help in tracking key performance indicators where applicable. Responding to employee queries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism will also be a part of your daily interactions. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (an MBA in HR would be advantageous) and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Previous experience in the education sector or working with global teams would be considered a valuable asset. The salary range for this position is between 6 to 7 LPA.
