What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive the

  end-to-end recruitment journey

  – from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Partner closely with managers to understand their needs and find the right people for the right roles.
• Build and nurture a

  talent pipeline

  for current and future needs.
• Ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth and engaging experience with us.
• Maintain hiring data, reports, and insights to keep processes sharp and efficient.
• Support in other HR areas like engagement, culture initiatives, and policies when needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2–3 years of solid experience in hiring

  (in-house or consultancy).
• A genuine love for people and an eye for spotting the right talent.
• Professional maturity to handle sensitive information with

  integrity and confidentiality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and teams alike.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple requirements at once.
