Human Resources Executive

As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resource support, policy guidance, compliance management, and employee engagement services. Your role will include strategic HR consulting and operational HR support for the school's workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and suggest HR policies aligned with organizational goals and statutory requirements. - Provide support for cloud-based HRMS. - Offer HR consultation services for employee grievance redressal. - Conduct virtual and onsite training and development sessions. - Support the employee onboarding and exit process.
