Human Resources Executive

Role Overview As an Executive HR & Admin at Assure IT Infra, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's human resources and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include managing HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes. - Maintain employee records and update HR databases to ensure accurate information management. - Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and development programs for the team's growth. - Ensure statutory compliance with regulations such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc., and maintain related documentation. - Coordinate performance management activities and maintain appraisal records for performance evaluation. - Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and office supplies procurement. - Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination to ensure seamless operations. - Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation for reference. - Support in drafting HR and administrative policies to streamline processes. - Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders for effective communication. Qualification Required - Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles (freshers with strong internships may also be considered). - Experience in the IT/Service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
