As an Inside Sales Coordinator at our Udaipur, Rajasthan office, you will play a crucial role in managing sales activities related to IT infrastructure products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, handling inbound and outbound sales calls and emails, generating leads, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating with sales and technical teams for project execution. Your success in this role will depend on your excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to build strong customer relationships. You will need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in CRM, assist in negotiating pricing, and stay updated with IT infrastructure products, market trends, and competitor activities. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions, experience in handling B2B sales or corporate clients, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, self-motivation with a target-driven approach, and knowledge of IT hardware, networking solutions, cloud services, and related IT infrastructure products. Prior experience in sales coordination and lead generation will be considered a plus.
